Hi. My name is Jordan. I am an educational professional working at the intersection of digital media literacy, instructional design, professional development, and community engagement.

I currently work at KQED, a public media station in San Francisco, as the Online Learning Community Manager in their Education department. I create and facilitate online courses that help educators bring digital media products into their teaching.

I am also a PhD candidate in philosophy at Emory University, currently finishing work on my dissertation, “Careful Curiosity: Curiosity as an Epistemic and Ethical Virtue.” I previously worked at Emory’s Center for Digital Scholarship as a Digital Scholarship Consultant promoting thoughtful digital pedagogy and supporting digital humanities projects.
