Outside of work, I spend my time climbing, beachcombing, reading, traveling, listening to hip hop, and learning about the history of animation. I grew up in the Seattle area and moved to Olympia, Washington to complete my bachelor’s degree at The Evergreen State College. (Go Geoducks!) Although I still have many ties to the Pacific Northwest, Georgia will forever have a special place in my heart after calling Atlanta home for five years while working on my PhD. I currently hang my hat in California, where my favorite spots include Point Reyes, Death Valley, and Sweet Adeline Bakeshop.
